So my husband and I walked from 19th st down town who has been in the hospital unable to walk but today was feeling like walking and pretty well and there was alot of construction going on so difficult to get around but when passing the health department which is where his primary doctors office is mind you he walked in and asked if he could get a drink of water and the grumpy rude Old lady at the desk said do you have a appointment he said we'll no but I could sure use a drink of water she completely refused now what kind o... read more

Miss Jorey and the front desk team were very kind to allow me to use the facilities. Unfortunately the bus station across the street is not very accomadating and has no water fountain or public restrooms.

Miss Jorey and the front desk team were very kind to allow me to use the facilities. Unfortunately the bus station across the street is not very accomadating and has no water fountain or public restrooms. I'll be filing a complaint regarding this as an out of state visitor it wasn't a kind experience.
