Can’t recommend Adrian enough. He was so great to work with and went above and beyond to help me find an apartment. He always stayed in touch, followed up quickly, and sent me listings as soon as they came available. You can tell he actually cares and wants to help, which is not common in this process. after spending two months apartment searching, i can safely say ana and lidiya were by far the best, most helpful realtors i came across. ana was so helpful and accommodating in providing video and facetime tours and providing multiple listings that fit my search criteria, and both were quick to respond to my questions during the application process (which i definitely had a couple of as a first time renter). lidiya was so great at keeping me updating while awaiting application approval, unlike many other realtors i’ve encou... read more
If you ever the name Nychele run away because she’s going to ghost you and not send you information about your application and postpone everything. 0 communication and made us lost our time, save your money and time if you ever see her name because she’s not gonna help you
In my understanding the buyer's agent is supposed to represent me throughout the process of renting a place, however, they weren't understanding of my situation and they were just pushing me further when I'm in a desperate situation (not physically in the country to make wire transfer) just to close the deal and get the money.
