. I’ll start with the only negative: parking gets 1 star. Everything else? Easily 5 stars. From security, to the nurses, dental staff, and especially the oral surgeon team at Canberra City Health Centre — absolutely outstanding. I have been treated with one hostility and contempt by Access mental health Canberra staff member Preeti (or Priti) during multiple occasions. Each time she refused to help but also refused to let me speak to someone else always telling me no one else was available. Refused to provide name of manager when asked. Her behaviour appeared to be intentional, unprofessional and outright harmful, especially coming from someone working in mental health who is meant to support not harm.
