I have been treated with one hostility and contempt by Access mental health Canberra staff member Preeti (or Priti) during multiple occasions. Each time she refused to help but also refused to let me speak to someone else always telling me no one else was available. Refused to provide name of manager when asked. I've been under the care of Dr. Sherlin Chiam at City Community Health Centre for almost a year now, and I must commend her exceptional professionalism and dedication. Her patience, caring attitude, and thorough approach have made my dental visits much more comfortable and reassuring. It's truly a pleasure to have a dentist who is not only skilled but also genuinely concerned about the well-being of her patients.
