I would have loved to give them five stars. The work on my car was great and done rather quickly. The customer service on the other hand is what tanked it. The in-office staff are not attentive at all to customers. They could really use a customer service class.

This is the second vehicle I had brought in and I have to say They nailed it again,..Downriver collision is a family-owned business and they are the most honest collision place I have ever dealt with. Thank you for everything and for your patience.. and I mean family.. Greg overseas every decision that is made.. thank you all very much and sorry I was a pain in the butt.

Not only did my tailgate and rear bumper replacement take 4 months, their communication and workmanship were not even 1 star worthy. I had to chase them up to get any progress and then finally when it was done I get a “cars good” messsge and that’s it. When I arrive they rush me to sign an agreement and hand me the keys and that’s it. Checking the car, the stereo system is broken (no idea how they did that!) the rear bumper is clearly not fitted right. T&T Collision went so above and beyond for me. I needed an inspection and paperwork for my totaled car and when my insurance company treated me poorly and refused to accept their info, they personally called to correct them and set them straight. I am so grateful for a company that actually cares about people. I would recommend them to anyone!

My son’s car was sent to Collision Works Midtoen after a wreck by the insurance company - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They LOST his bumper … they have made no effort to replace it or keep in touch with us. His car has virtually no value now. And I can’t even get a call back!!! Horrible!!

Horrible scammers took duyghters car in for estimate only they said they were busy and leave it they will get back to her with estimate went there this morning to check on it and they already started working on it and told them I don’t own car only brought it in for estimate and they told me once it’s brought here it’s here to get worked on it will be done in a few days. That’s a rip off

My E300 Mercedes was damaged in the front hood and fenders by rocks falling from a dump truck. I brought the car into the shop in Spring Hill and dropped it off to be worked on. 10 days later return , the fdeliver the car... and forgot to put the new grill and other trim peioeces on the car. Plus a damaged item from the last repair they did. NONE was doe. I had to retrun another time for hours to have them get the extra parts they left off. Dropped my car off 2 1/2 weeks ago on 6/7/21 for some minor scratch and dent work. I was assured that all of my parts were in before I dropped off my vehicle. Was told my car would be ready on Monday 6/ 21/21 so I turned my rental car in. When I got a ride to Gerber I was told it was not going to be ready until tomorrow and I would get a phone call later that day. Never received a call.
