I am very disappointed with my experience at Gerber Collision. My daughter hit a deer and when she went in for an estimate their assessment of my vehicle was inaccurate, they claimed there was “paint transfer” and damage not caused by a deer. After inspecting the car myself, I can say with certainty that the white substance on the front is not foreign paint at all, but the car’s own clear coat delaminating from the impact. Pleasant, quick and helprul.
Front end collision on my 2022 Honda Accord. It looks brand new. Gerber was able to fix way before any other companies in town. Kelly communicated every Tuesday and Thursday. I always knew where my car was in the process. Amazing Service.
Do to unfortunate circumstances I found that someone hit me while I was in a store. Needless to say my car is not even 6 months old and I was totally upset. It had been recommended to check this location out, let me tell you, I am beyond grateful and totally impressed by the customer service and outstanding workmanship Eduardo Montes put into my experience with this establishment. Over the past 20 ish years, Don's has done 2 repairs (re-construct) for me and both times I was extremely pleased. Almost felt bad that I didn't have more work for him. ALMOST! ( I don't like to smack them up ). Now I'm back and sincerely hope that the new crew will live up to Don's reputation.
This is my second review. In October I had a car accident, my car was repaired, getting to that point was a nightmare. Of course I had to take it back due to a lose part that wasn't put on correctly. But the reason for my new review is the fact that my car has been repaired since December 1, 2023 and to this day (02/14/2024) the insurance has not received the invoice therefore can't close out my file with the diminshed value claim. Geico made me bring my 2023 Kia Sportage to them back in 2022. My car is 2 years old now and the job isn’t finished yet due to a back ordered parts during that time. I was so unsatisfied with the job I had to bring it back to a different gerber shop to get it properly fixed. Now with the back ordered part back in 2022.
