Our District owns a Chevy 2500HD Pickup that was rear ended causing significant damage. Claims adjuster totaled it on paper. Took the truck to City Collision Center and they assured the District it could be repaired. We needed the truck back in service ASAP due to workload and buying a new truck would have taken too long and cost more. Crap job, they blamed it on the shop next door...all they do is body work and use another shop for mechanical...found out they used junk yard used parts to replace my radiator. Insurance gave them plenty of money to replace with new parts but they went cheap..now im haveing to pay money out of pocket to replace those parts...
