It's been a year since my last service request with City Coin. Once again they went above and beyond. Called in a very last minute request to have our machines moved for an event we were hosting and City Coin dispatcehd two people out promptly. Way to go guys! Best service in Calgary!
Spectacular service. We had a machines directly from Coca-Cola and could never get any kind of service. We needed the machines moved temporarily for a function and City Coin showed up the day before and returned the day after. They're always available by phone and live up to their word!
Excellent customer service. I had an issue with one of their vending machines (the beef jerky I bought got stuck) so I sent an email and requested a refund. Within the same business day, I received a prompt and professional response. I received a refund shortly thereafter.
