Took my white suit to be cleaned with one stain on the collar. It came back with 3 new stains and lint balls all over the trim as if it was thrown in the dryer. She ask me to come back to pick it up. Jacket was destroyed! Owner lacks integrity and tried to say I bought to her that way and that the suit was old. It was a brand new suit I even showed her the purchase receipt of March 2025. Second and last time ever patronizing this business! The Asian lady is extremely rude and quite curt. Needed a simple straight sundress hemmed. She quoted $30 which is too much. Said, no thank you. First time she was rude too but hemmed 3 corduroy pants $12 ea for total of $36.
The lady who was at the counter had a disgusting attitude. Was also very rude and racist!
