Hi there everybody, I was just in city chic in Pacific Fair. I was looking for some nice clothes for a celebration of life (funeral) for a family member that just recently passed away on the weekend. I was a total scatter brain after going to so many different stores and getting almost no help. I was about to give up and call it a day, when I said to myself I’ll try one more store. Wife and I were pulled in by the young shop assistant’s friendly smile (and dance moves) very helpful lady who made the shopping experience fantastic. Don’t know her name but she was there yesterday, 10/10
On holiday with my husband we went into here looking to spend some money, initially we were greeted politely enough and offered assistance however when I went to try some items on ,my husband who was standing with me in the vicinity of the change rooms was advised he could not be there - I have spent years asking him to come into stores and help me pick out outfits so I did not appreciate him being made to feel unwelcome. Had great conversation and service on one occasions by a super lovely lady that was on her last ever shift with the company, but every other time I have been the staff/customer service have been woeful. Yesterday I attended again and a younger lady with blonde hair was happy to help once I engaged with her, but the woman with the ponytail just ignored myself and my husband. The sizing this store holds is also woeful. If I wanted only M or L options I'd just go to Myer. Very annoying.
