I have had great experiences with the sales department, twice now. This is strictly service department review. Went in for a tire rotation and asked them to look at something else. They said they removed the tape and the piece was not broken but due to a small dent, would need to go to a body shop. Body shop showed me clearly that it was broken. So they lied to me, could have just told me the truth. I won't return for maintenence, since i can't trust them.
