Staff are so rude got told to just go to the hospital no one offered to even see me
I came 4 hrs before closing and after calling and they said they have three spots available, I came in five min later and the guy that I saw said we are done for the day. Waiting room was empty and it was 12 pm still!!!!! I told him I called and someone said there were three spots available, how is it filled if no one in waiting room!!!!!! Shame on you for lying and being so lazy and taking people illness so lightly!!!!!
First time coming to this location and had a great experience. First impression was they cared for the people who came and they I noticed functioned as a team (lots of communication and banter between staff. I learned later they were short staff on a Monday morning ) Mavis and Katerina were both so nice and showed so much empathy during my visit there….thank you both and the others who I didn’t get their names .
