Two issues: 1) My CC was compromised and they made me pay a $25 late fee, then didn't notify me of a missed payment until after they charged me ANOTHER late fee of $15. 2) They said I parked somewhere else when I didn't, charged me $79.10, and their "customer service" is always so busy that they can't take my call to dispute, so they'll supposedly send me to collections. Impark are a bunch of crooks. I will never use them again.
