Im Rik from out of town and i have been using this gym whenever i come to these parts. The gym is very clean, no cell phones which i feel every gym should incorporate. They stress hygiene which most gyms dont and please dont tell me they do cause ive been around the block a few times. Employees are very courteous . Everybody is there to workout with very minimal wasted time not to say you cant socialize a bit. A vibrant and community focused gym located at a prime, walkable location. Very pleased to have joined! Wide assortment of cardio & weight machines as well as benches and free weights aligning the essentials of health and fitness. Group classes room, definitely, should be bigger and wirh conditioner. Even with 6-7 people it feels stuffy. But the spin classes the best in town so far i found.
Kirby and the staff do an awesome job providing a welcome environment. I’ve been a member for a year and a half and it’s my place. Lots of equipment, rarely crowded, members are friendly and staff approachable. Highly recommended!
One of the cleanest gyms as they have a day time cleaner. Affordable memberships, friendly staff. Kirby the owner is a great guy. Been going to this gym on and off for about 13 years.
