Staff member replaced my nose pads for free and waived the fee for me. I truly appreciate the amazing customer service!
I called and spoke to a lady named Pam. I asked here to email me the prescription from my eye exam and she never emailed it to me. This experience matches what it was like when I went there for the exam. The doctor was fine but the front counter staff were so extremely slow that I left without the prescription. Now I understand that this was a mistake. Do not make the same mistake as me and do not leave without your prescription.
What an amazing office! I’m from out of town, my glasses fell apart, stopped in to see if they could help and Pamela not only fixed them but cleaned my glasses as well. So thankful for her help and wonderful service. Highly recommend!
Awesome service
All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Quick and efficient visit with the optometrist. Pamela is very experienced at her job and helped me pick my first pair of glasses and ensured that I was comfortable and felt good in them. She is also a pro at fitting glasses. Will definitely be going back when I need another check up and/or a new pair of glasses.
