I have had to use the services of Dr. Neda a couple of times in the past few years and each time her professionalism and her commitment to ensuring my comfort and health during a more complex dental situation was really appreciated. The extra care that she undertook to confir with my doctors on what could be done without compromising my health and the follow up phone calls to ensure that there were no concerns were great appreciated.
I had a root canal done by Dr. Neda at City Centre Endodontics, and I can't recommend them enough. I was really nervous going into the procedure since it felt pretty daunting, but Dr. Neda was incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the entire process. She clearly explained every step, which helped ease my anxiety and made me feel much more comfortable. Everyone at the clinic was extremely professional, welcoming, and compassionate. Such a knowledgeable and caring team!
