Very Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend! I pre-booked my car for repairs well in advance, expecting a professional and timely service, but I was left extremely disappointed. What was supposed to be a simple repair took a staggering 4 weeks. They had promised to respray the front wings, bonnet, and bumper, but upon receiving my car, only the bumper had been resprayed. I've just collected my Mercedes SL from City Centre Car Care having had a kerbed wheel refurb with which I am very satisfied. The quality of the repair looks great. Jack, who is the customer service facing representative was excellent, clearly explaining the process, keeping me informed of the progress & ensuring complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company & will return should the the need arise.
Awful customer service, terrible attitude - avoid at all costs!
Two failed attempts to centrally aligning the letters "POLO" after a hatch boot lid replacement on my 2020 VW Polo. Disingenuous comments made by the General Manager towards me suggesting I was trying to profiter because I asked to be paid for my costs and for attempting to deliberately find fault with the quality of workmanship when the letters where incorrectly positioned.
