If your moving to Lake County, CA I would definitely recommend using them. I moved from Dallas TX so I had to rely on using the internet to find rental properties. Since Lake CO. is so small the majority of Rental Agencies don't post pictures of their rentals or only have an external picture of the place and one photo inside. But Sue from City Center Realty was awesome she called me back when she said she would. Sent me photos of the place did everything I asked for within reason. A close second would be CPS Country Air.
