Mike at City Cell went out of his way to figure out why my old phone would no longer turn on (fried motherboard) and hooked me up with a used Samsung Galaxy S5 for about the price of the new battery he threw in it. I was in a really tight spot and nearly broke, and he made it happen. Would recommend!
Stated we had a 30 day Guarantee on the phone, but failed to state that it didn't include returns, nor does it say that on the receipt. Just another sketchy place. The crappy customer service is a separate issue of its own, so do yourself a favor and get your electronics else where.
