place and customer service replaced broken screen and after 3 days phone wouldn't work. They refused to refund so I could take to a place that knew what they were doing.
I'd go somewhere else. Big headache from trying to deal with this business.
Extremely dissatisfied!!! Went in to unlock a Samsung Note 3 that was from AT&T. Paid $70.00 was told it would be guaranteed an unlock within 6 hours but could take up to 72 hours. It's now been 6 DAYS!!! Talk about false advertisement When I call or go into follow up all they can say is, "it's in progress, it's pending we have no way to follow-up."
