Me and my boyfriend did the infrared sauna session and we loved it. We could connect our phone to the Bluetooth so could listen to tunes in the sauna. It made us feel very relaxed. As we went on Valentine’s Day they gave us the session for free and a free electrolyte drink after. They were helpful and friendly and made our day :)
It says it’s open still and can still book online through the website however it is permanent closed! We didn’t find this out until we arrived for our pre booked appointment. We received a confirmation email and everything!!
UPDATE: City cave seems dedicated to improving on their service and genuinely learning from their reviews which is great to see. Worse than a beauty therapy massage and nothing like the remedial massage I paid good money for. I asked for strong pressure. The massage therapist was gliding his fingers over my skin applying no pressure at all. I’ve previously had good massages here but given this poor experience I won’t be back.
This place has been closed and refused to refund the purchased package.
