I was not sure what to expect as I have never had a massage before but I found the experience relaxing. It was lovely. I highly recommend to anyone.

My partner and I wanted to spend a special moment at the Cave. I have called twice to be guided by the team as I wasn’t sure about the package to select. Not only the person on the phone was sighing for all of the questions I’ve asked but also she didn’t guide me or offered anything that was remotely helpful. Not a good look on new customers who are willing to spend a significant amount of money for what should be a «relaxing experience».
This was my first ever experience at City Cave Macarthur square and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. I enjoyed the infra-red sauna and found this to be a great start to my pamper day, I had the most amazing massage ever by Jade who was magnificent at her art and I was in absolute relaxation by this point, I ended with the salt therapy float and it was so good for the body and soul, its cleared my skin just from the first session. Turn your phone off and forget about everything. Floatage- massage and a float is now going to be part of my life !!! Best City Cave out there. Thanks to Regina, for a fantastic massage. She genuinely wants you to relax and let go from all the noise !
