Very relaxing time. Definitely recommend Jade for the message, she has a gorgeous energy and instantly put me as ease and feel comfortable right away which is a lovely thing to have as someone with anxiety. A 10/10 experience

My wife and I visited City Cave last year for a flotation session. The float itself was enjoyable, and we ended up purchasing a second session on the spot at half price. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn—though I didn’t realise it until after we’d left and already bought the second visit. While my wife was using the unisex bathroom after our session, a young guy from the barber shop across the hallway walked in and proceeded to take a dump so bad it forced her to leave before she could finish. OMG!!! This experience is a MUST! You will not regret it. Money well spent. My family and I went for my birthday and got the wellness package. The sauna, the massage, the cave was amazing!!! We all walked out of there feeling refreshed inside and out. I’ll be back next month for sure. Thank you to the awesome team @ City Cave MacArthur Square🙏🏽
Had the most relaxing sauna experience today and the best customer service by the worker Brittany (ironically the same name as me). She was amazing help from even before the moment I stepped In (helping me find the place) and once I was there she had the friendliest essence and kindest energy that is rare to find these days. She was an absolute gem and made the experience that much better 🫶🏽
