Had a great time and left feeling so relaxed. This is a great place to go to de stress.
On 7th March, I attended Macarthur Square City Cave for a regular float. I have been their regular customer for almost 3 years, having floats monthly. However, this was not a regular float. When I shut the door, I could smell what I thought was a cleaning product. Assuming they changed their regular one to a stronger one. But once I was in the bath my skin was burning and itching. I was not sure what to expect as I have never had a massage before but I found the experience relaxing. It was lovely. I highly recommend to anyone.
Top notch facility. The Floatation therapy was brilliant and Michael is a gem of a massage therapist. Strongly recommend
My partner and I wanted to spend a special moment at the Cave. I have called twice to be guided by the team as I wasn’t sure about the package to select. Not only the person on the phone was sighing for all of the questions I’ve asked but also she didn’t guide me or offered anything that was remotely helpful. Not a good look on new customers who are willing to spend a significant amount of money for what should be a «relaxing experience».
