Best experience ever !! It was so relaxing and the customer service was immaculate. Linda was the best massage therapists I've ever had. She really listened and also gave the best advice on how to maximise recovery and prevent injuries in the future. 100% recommend to anyone seeking sports recovery or purely just to treat yourself or loved one to a relaxing and serene experience. I will 100% be back!

The amenities were elegant & soothing but the massage was not that great. I was expecting a full body massage but only my back & shoulders were done. (perhaps a little on the shoulders. Arms & legs not touched. Disappointing considering the price.
Great sauna experience as always, Harmony was extremely accomodating by allowing me to reschedule my booking last minute!
