I’ll start off by saying city cars is Family owned business , very kind and pleasant family . Around 1 week ago I purchased a 2017 320i and have already experienced 3 trips to the mechanic. 2 days after I bought the car a check engine light illuminated. After brining it to the mechanic and having them runs the codes it came out to a fault code they husband (owner of the dealership) was extremely kind and assured me if there was any problems to bring it to the dealership and they would take care of the problems . The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. I’m extremely happy with my new car and would gladly recommend them.

Saw the vehicle I had wanted for a while so I set up an appointment to go in and it went great, was hoping to trade in my previous vehicle but sadly was not worth taking in for a trade and they were very honest and kind about it and still helped me get into the vehicle I was looking to purchase through them and offered great customer service.
