David's service was excellent after carpet was water damaged. Responded straight away, attended the following day, was on time, provided the cost after inspecting the damage and came fully equipped with his repair tools and steam cleaning equipment to finish the job efficiently and to an excellent standard within a couple of hours. He restretched the carpet meticulously, taking great care with the looped wool pile and steam cleaned it to restore it to as good as new.

We had a few areas of carpet needing to be patched after removing a wardrobe. David was quick to respond to my enquiry and book me in. He was very reassuring that the patching job would go mostly unnoticeable and promptly gave a quote based on the pictures I had sent. Lee came to do the repair, he was very professional and easy to talk to. We are quite impressed with the result and very happy with the job. Would would definitely recommend d to others and choose them again for jobs in the future
