Our servers were awesome and the chicken and waffles were really good! We drank coffee and played cards for like an hour after. Great spot :)
City cafe is a hidden gem. It’s a family owned and run cafe…the stuff you love to see. Old school chicago cubs themed diner! all the food is excellent and made to order. Fluffy eggs and pancakes…I cant wait to try more things on the menu. A must try for anyone in the neighborhood and beyond!

This isn't the quiet escape I was hoping for after work. It was quite bustling and a bit loud inside, making conversation a challenge. Still, the coffee was decent, and the staff managed the busy room well enough.
