We had our flat roof on our row home replaced by Roger's team in late July 2025 and we could not be happier with their work. His team led by his sons Will and Josh was excellent. City Builders were timely, efficient, and reasonable. I noticed some wood hanging from the front fascia of my town house in locust point. They provided me an estimate within a day, and the repair was done about a week (after the rain cleared). I would recommend them to anyone in the greater Baltimore area, as I also plan on using them again for any roofing needs.
We had the pleasure of hiring City Builders today to replace a leaking skylight at our house in Canton. Roger, Josh, and the rest of the crew were incredibly professional, courteous, and neat. 40+ years in the industry, and it shows through their workmanship and efficiency. They were able to squeeze us in the next day for the repair, which really put us at ease. They are the pros. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They do things the right way, the first time. I got a complete exterior renovation. Roof removed down to the rafters, new insulation, new roof. Walls removed down to the studs, new insulation, new sheathing and siding. 3 windows and front door replaced. Crew never left structure open overnight. Roger and his team was great from start to finish. Very professional and friendly. I had leaks from my skylight. So, i wanted the skylight removed with a new roof. The finished work look awesome. And no more leaks. Oh, and you cant even tell i had a skylight. I will recommend City Builders they do great work.
