This team was fast, thorough and affordable it’s rare to get all 3 of those things. Every other roofer I talked to either quoted me inflated prices or flaked on the service call all together. Roger assessed my roof, gave me 2 options of repairs (one less expensive, the other broader in scope and longer lasting) and completed the repairs all in under a week. He explained what he did thoroughly and sent pictures during and after the work was completed. Extremely happy with the service and quality of work!
Words cannot express the gratitude i have for Roger and his wonderful team. Roger first came out among other local roofing companies in Baltimore last year when i had a horrible roof leak. I knew i needed a new deck soon but the other companies walked out back and started throwing numbers at me to redo the roof and the deck. They did not try to find the leak or help me. We just had our flat roof (we live in a rowhome in Baltimore) replaced by City Builders and they were great. Roger and his sons were really excellent, and I felt like they were honest and upfront about the entire process. I also felt like they were dedicated to providing a quality product and making sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a trustworthy, quality company that is easy to work with.
I just had my roof replaced and I couldn’t be happier with the work. This was not a simple job. Roger, his two sons, and their crew removed my rooftop deck, put on new siding, installed a new door, new roof, gutters, downspout, electrical outlet, light fixture, and even a new vent for the back bathroom. City Builders were timely, efficient, and reasonable. I noticed some wood hanging from the front fascia of my town house in locust point. They provided me an estimate within a day, and the repair was done about a week (after the rain cleared). I would recommend them to anyone in the greater Baltimore area, as I also plan on using them again for any roofing needs.
