City brides was by far the best experience I've had dress shopping! The relaxed atmosphere & friendly welcome completely put me & my bridesmaids at ease allowing us to fully enjoy our time there. It was the first shop we visited & nowhere else came close! We were given freedom to try on whatever we wanted, encouraging us to look through the rails to make sure we'd seen everything (nowhere else we visited allowed this). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Bridal store. Juliet was very reassuring to a more mature Bride to be. We didn't have an appointment, so just called in by chance. Juliet didn't dismiss the Bride to be when she heard her limited budget, she wasn't pushy at all , and dispit the fact she was wearing a bridal dress herself ( a very long funny story) made it a very enjoyable experience and more importantly, a beautiful wedding dress was purchased.
Juliette was brilliant with me and my party, cakes and prosecco were perfect and was really pleased with the amount of different style dresses as I had no clue what I wanted, left with saying YES to the dress! 15 years in the business and still smashing it! Thank you x
The store is lovely, and has such a welcoming vibe - Taylor was great and made me and my party feel so comfortable! She clearly just wanted to me to find a great dress, and did not pressure me as I'd felt at other stores. The quality of the dresses are also incredible, especially the fabric. I am very excited to get my dress!
