My family used to enjoy this location in Trussville. Within the past 6 months at least, it’s not as good. Most of the workers are busy making the bowls but we’ve noticed the cashiers are rude. We ordered a gluten free bowl with granola (which is extra). The cashier did not inform us that they were out of gluten free granola. They served it without any granola and didn’t mention they were out until after we realized there wasn’t any in the bowl. They only offered $1 back.
