You must plan far in advance. If you ask for small corsage and boutonnière, they will not accommodate you. If you live close by and want to give them business, know that owner is not flexible and cannot help another working mom that forgot to order earlier. Four working days is not enough notice.
Always send my wife floral arrangements from here. They are always fresh and beautiful.
Many-many thanks to City Blossoms management and florists. They have shown extremely high level of customer loyalty. I have no idea that I needed to do a pre order to my bouquet, and made order at 10am with delivery at 12pm. I literally ruined their day with calls and emails with requests to deliver as soon as possible before my family leaves the restaurant. So they made it. EDIT 11/17/26 After I posted my review, the owner reached out. We discussed what happened, and they acknowledged the mistake was due to an internal oversight on their team--not miscommunication on my end. They offered me a partial refund, which I appreciated, and processed it promptly. While the final product missed the mark for my event, I do want to note that the team was willing to follow up, take accountability after the fact, and offer a resolution.
