I highly recommend the childbirth class with Liz. My wife and I had a great experience—it was both incredibly informative and genuinely helpful. City Births provided such an informative and well paced class structure! We took the Comprehensive Childbirth course across two weekends and got both a doula’s and a nurse’s perspective. My husband and I are going to be first time parents and we learned so much on the process of birth, what to expect, when to go to the hospital, and practiced pain relief techniques. We took the express childbirth with Emma and infant CPR with Jason. Both courses were super informative and helpful. The space itself is very inviting and warm. Have already recommended City Birth to friends and would definitely go back!
Amazing experience with Liz!! She was so knowledgeable and amazing at answering questions. We really felt supported in the class and came away feeling much more prepared.
