Great Customer Service. Although, be prepared to wait a few weeks for any service.
Went back recently after a bad customer service experience a few years ago. New name, same old faces and attitudes. Life lessons 1) Second chances don't always end happy ( second time, shame on me). 2) Make sure who you are talking to is fully trained and they know to tell you shop labor rates will be added to the quote when they are done. 3) Completely check your equipment before you pay. 4) Once you pay, your no longer their concern or priority. Bad cus. service. 3 weeks turns to 4 to 5 and when you complain They tell you if you don't like it you can take your work somewhere else. I tell you now. take it somewhere else and save youself a headack.
This place has it all! Great service, great prices and knowledgeable sales staff. Don't waste your time at the box stores, these people know lawn equipment! Their zero turn Gravelys are top notch and priced better than the box store zeroturns.
