Bought a “100% human hair wig” from here. It was going to be my “special occasion” wig and was over $400. I just recently gave her a wash and found out this is NOT human hair. I did a strand test after I purchased it and that strand was human. However, she has gotten so knotted recently I went back again and tested three different strands and 2/3 were synthetic. Horrible that they are selling blends at that price… and it’s not like they would let you strand test it in the store… be careful.
I bought two little packs of conditioner on Jan. 2 and they charged my card Jan.5 for double the price. Disputing with my bank. I already filed a report with the FTC. They are scammers. Imagine how often they do this without people notice. CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS.
Over priced.. alot of products in the store you can find cheaper at target and walmart
This was my first time visiting City Beauty Supply in Chardon, and Anita was absolutely wonderful. She recommended a detangler for my little princess’s hair and took the time to explain everything. I haven’t tried the product yet, but her warmth, knowledge, and genuine personality made a great first impression. I’ll definitely be back!
