I recently switched to City Beach Properties to manage my property in Woonona and I am so happy with the service and care that property manager Lisa has provided so far. Nothing is a problem, everything is responded to quickly and in a happy and positive way. It’s a 10/10 from me!
Lisa Rapsey was our Property Manager for the past five years. In this time she was absolutely amazing, so professional in dealing with any issues promptly with zero fuss, communication was always excellent! We were renting with City Beach Properties for nearly 3 years!. Lisa is always approachable and professional, on the other side Linda is very informative and up to date!. The property is always well maintained and any request raised was always taken care promptly. For any property rental , Buy or Sell I would highly recommend City Beach properties.
