Staff seamed nice and willing to help, downside is the music is way to loud making it seem more like a night club then a nice shop
Have gone in store twice over the last few months both times ZERO customer service, staff were rude to busy having there own conversations to acknowledge customers it’s a shame how bad the customer service has gotten it used to be good
Crap service. The girls there really have no idea about customer service - they continued to have their conversations behind the counter as I waited to be served and did not acknowledge my existence or speak to me. This has happened on two separate occasions. That’s a complete and honest review from someone who has previously worked in retail and managed stores.
So went in and waited in line to purchase 2 pairs of thongs as the hanger said 2 for $25... They said that they were the only hangers left and the actual price was $48.... They would not honour the price that is on the hangers and I wasted my time in line... Certainly will not be back
Staff r amazing so helpful, in finding what I needed,great product, and service,some other stores might take note of ,how to help customers, will be going back for sure!
