I usually love shopping here, the staff are polite and the clothes are affordable. However, today while I was in the change room, I overheard two employees speaking terribly about a coworker who wasn’t working (someone I personally know). It was really disheartening to hear women bringing other women down and sharing such personal things. At this big age, stop being a mean girl and read the room
No point sending you an email with my experience. I had already reached out to your customer service team and in-store about a faulty product. Apparently warranty is only 3months and I was 2 weeks outside of that. Pathetic company and I will not deal with again. I’ve since bought my surf gear elsewhere and will continue to avoid all city beaches and any store affiliated.
Staff are rude they just talk umong themselves walked around the whole store not even acknowledged. When i did ask a question very rude and couldn't care attitude. I will definitely be spending my money else where.
Staff could not care less about getting a sale. Too busy chatting with each other to care about assisting. I was after some shoes for my daughter, and the girl working was more interested in getting back to her conversation with her colleague and kept trying to walk away mid-conversation. Every time I have been here, or someone I know has been here, it is the same. The staff are just awful to deal with.
