Bought two pairs of shoes today, waiting in line at checkoutfor over 10 mins, staff members scattered all over the floor yet nobody to serve, the girl at the counter gave me attitude for complaining about the long wait and began slamming my products on the bench and didn’t offer me a bag to put my shoes in. People lazy. Specially In This location. Also bad quality things. More expensive than others
"Extremely disappointed with the misleading signage and poor customer service I experienced today at 1:45 PM. Sale labels(2 for $25) were attached to each pair of shoes across the entire Reef sandals section, yet the pairs I selected rang up at full price. When I brought this to the attention of the young woman at the register, she was incredibly rude and simply dismissed the error. If a deal doesn't apply to specific items, they shouldn't be tagged with sale labels. Very frustrating experience."
