Store has zero customer service
Useless went in to buy some boots after looking out the back for 10 minutes they couldn't find them...why have things on the shelf if you don't have them in stock out the back. Not only could they not find the ones I was after but they couldn't find any of them.
Some staff here need to learn how to interact with customers. I love City Beach but I don’t love being treated like I’m scum by some kid with a chip on her shoulder
Disappointed with the customer service, due to many annoying reasons, including me waiting 30 minutes to try these shoes on then they proceeded to give me the wrong size, then waited another 10 minutes at the counter when the store was basically empty.
