Walked in to get a new pair of shoes asked one of the staff hanging up stuff on the racks or making her self look busy so I asked if they had a pair of shoes out the back. Her response was we don’t have the shoes out the back. For starters you didn’t know what shoes I wanted. So I asked another staff member and what do you know the stuff member walks out the back and gets the shoes I wanted so thank you
This is probably one of the more enjoyable City Beach's to shop up. Most stores are super unorganised and messy, but City Beach Mandurah is always well presented and all staff I have interacted with are super friendly :)
Can't get any service...atrocious...plenty of other stores!!!
