Had the pleasure of being served today by the staff member Jaide who helped us during a busy period of time and still took the time to inform us that buying an extra item would save us money with the current deal, and didn’t let that stop her incredible customer service- also witnessed the few people in line in front of her being rather frustrated but yet she kept her calm. Also have to praise her for her patience with the elderly lady in front it was beautiful to witness. Good on you Kid! Positive attitude is the way to go
Came here to say the same thing. Was Christmas shopping today and was a witness to the absolute disgusting behaviour of a lady and her daughter carrying on at their staff. Young woman delt with that lady verbally abusing her fantastic, was amazing to see her stay calm even though she felt threatened. I just want to praise the young staff you have had working over particularly the last few days , I have been In to your store several times this week and seen a number of the young staff been abused and treated like rubbish from customers!
