to the lovely girl working at 2pm on the 30th of nov you probably shouldn’t be whispering ew and laughing into your microphone MID-SERVING someone luckily I am sane enough to know im not the “ew” you were referring to but imagine if someone took it personally! They really hire anyone these days

Poor customer service. Went in twice to buy a hat on sale. Hat was reading full price at the counter. I showed them the hat and also the sale price online. All 3 staff said they couldn't help because it was scanning at full price. No help or resolution offered. Customer left feeling unheard.
Had incorrect price on the wall, got told the full price at the counter , walked over and showed the team member where the shoe was on the wall with the price ($59.99) team member then refused to honour the price and said that I could have changed the location of the shoes on the wall. This needs to be looked at seriously as its a breach of Australian consumer law.
Unhelpful and unfriendly. I find that every city beach is like this. Must be part of the training.
