Shout out to Charlotte for helping me with a exchange of Shoes that didn't fit me. She earnt a mental health pin for her great service and going to look for shoes that actually fit me. I've been to other stores and they usually ignore me. The rest of the team around the coast you got this. <3 Dean
to the lovely girl working at 2pm on the 30th of nov you probably shouldn’t be whispering ew and laughing into your microphone MID-SERVING someone luckily I am sane enough to know im not the “ew” you were referring to but imagine if someone took it personally! They really hire anyone these days

Poor customer service. Went in twice to buy a hat on sale. Hat was reading full price at the counter. I showed them the hat and also the sale price online. All 3 staff said they couldn't help because it was scanning at full price. No help or resolution offered. Customer left feeling unheard.
