Last week I was with my partner in the Cairns Central store. We waited patiently for 20 minutes while the salesperson served another customer. Then he served us and did so in a polite manner. Then we waited in the queue to pay for the two pairs of shoes we were purchasing. After paying the $120 amount we were offered to purchase a bag for $5.00 as they did not have any other bags for customer purchases. This was a reusable bag with their logo in large letters advertising the store…….. amazing how they expect their customers ... read more
No wonder the store was empty the customer service is non existent not even a hello! Two guys to busy taking to each other. I had a few items in hand. No service so left it and walked out . Decent Sale lost!
Worst customer service ever. No help and rude
Why is this place getting such bad reviews?? I've been here lots I love it the people there are really nice the shop was fully stocked and all the stuff looks amazing
