Total BS! No wetsuits in store. Very painful
I really love this store, but the customer service is terrible and disappointing. I was shopping at Westfield and visited the store multiple times in one day about three or four times. Each time I entered, a young staff member insisted to check my bag, which became quite frustrating. Additionally, one of the female staff members spoke in a very rude and unwelcoming tone. While I genuinely enjoy the store and its products, it’s unfortunate that they hire such unprofessional staff.

City Beach is known for their bad customer service but this store takes the cake! I asked for assistance when buying Crocs, one girl explained the price guide and then when asked about sizing she just threw a pair of crocs on the floor and walked away without answering us. Then when paying for multiple items the girl at checkout only scanned half my items which I paid for through eftpos and only realised when she only bagged half my items resulting in me having to make two eftpos transactions which isn’t ideal.
