If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Families are paying thousands for this program and receiving minimal coaching, poor communication, and very little organizational structure. After multiple attempts to request an itemized breakdown of fees and discuss concerns, I received no response from Wes or management. Extremely disappointing experience.
