I called the office to have two outlets repaired. The office was polite, prompt, and professional about my request. (Sarah took my request.) She also had my package delivered to my apartment from Spectrum. She went above and beyond. When I arrived home, the maintenance repaired my outlets. They didn't leave a mess. Also, they carefully placed my package in my apartment. Great job guys (and lady)!
I justt moved in here and Let me start off by sayingg Ms. Shay did evrything in her power to help me move in within a few days! They recently sold the house we were living in leaving us with a short notice place to go where they also accepted animals. Ms.shay helped us find an apartment in our range and helped us get started with everything and was very understanding. Living here has been a very frustrating experience. Homeless individuals frequently come onto the property, dig through the dumpsters, and leave a huge mess that is never addressed. On top of that, I haven’t had consistent hot water in months, which is unacceptable for the amount of rent being charged. Management has not taken steps to fix these issues, and it feels like residents’ concerns are ignored. I would not recommend this apartment complex.
My experience at City-Base Vista has been very enjoyable. The employees have been extremely helpful and communicative, always taking the time to answer my questions. Sarah and Shay, in particular, were a pleasure to work with—both are kind, professional, and genuinely caring individuals. I’m very grateful for their help and support.
I love my apartments it's so comfy and the City Base main off ice makes u feel like family from the Ladies at the office to the maintenance crew I highly recommend the City Base Apts thank you Shay ☺️ and the City Base vista Crew
