I took my first Barre class 8/30, and today I’m already at 25 classes! As someone who has tried several different workouts and boot camps, I really enjoy the workouts! I have taken classes with several instructors and they are all amazing and provide hands on correction when needed which is appreciated. The space is welcoming and CLEAN. Would highly recommend.
I first went to a few classes at City Barre with work friends a couple of years ago. I remember thinking how hard the classes were but how nice the instructors were and how fun they made the workouts. Fast forward three or so years, I am a few months post-knee surgery and pregnant with my second child. I needed a workout that was low impact with high intensity—et voila! Big City Barre fan 💕 Gretchen’s classes are always fun and challenging, and every instructor is fantastic. Such a welcoming, energizing place to work out and feel strong. I can’t wait to drop in for classes whenever I’m back in RVA!
