I’ve been to many city barbecue locations across Ohio. This one is the poorest representation of the chain I’ve ever been to. I ordered the mother load to share with my sister and take home the rest. We were told that meats couldn’t be substituted for another meat (never an issue at any other location), never got the Texas toast that comes with the bundle, no lids available for the side containers, no paper liners in the boxes like other locations have, and it was very cold in the restaurant. Always a good meal
The pulled pork was very salty and the pulled chicken had dried pieces and did not taste fresh but stale. Brisket sandwich tasted dry. The corn bread was very dry and over baked. It has been a year since we ate here and I was definitely was suprise on how the food has gone down. Will not be back, very disappointing.
