As always the food is spectacular. Just wish they would bring back the gumbo. It was awesome!
My husband and I stopped here after an Ortho visit. He was in a sling and thought if he tipped extra we might get better service or at least friendly service. Tipped $20, we still had to go up front and retrieve the food, granted there were no other customers there so being busy wasn't an excuse. Food was subpar and tasted like day old meat.
This is by far my favorite go to spot for BBQ and here are a few reasons why.. JoJo the GM is always on top of his game. Extremely polite, attentive, hard working, and always assures that the food quality is top notch and customers are always a priority. Great chance he may know your name as well! Now to the food.. My go to is always the brisket which is always seasoned to perfection and always has the "brisket bend". I prefer the fattier end. I highly suggest getting there Tuesday. It's rib day getting a whole rack at half price and them fries incredible
