A BARBEQUE JOINT WITH NO BARBEQUE. We have been to this location in the past and the service was good and the barbeque was good especially for a chain restaurant, however we stopped there on Tuesday for ribs and were extremely disappointed. It was 6:30 and they were out of ribs. That has happened before and if it was just ribs that they were out of it would have been fine. They were out of just about every meat. The food was fantastic as always but the little things each of staff members did was what put it over the top. From running food out for elderly customers to asking if a door dasher needed a drink while they waited; the staff working today absolutely went above and beyond to bring happiness to each person through the door!
City Barbeque must be good because they were sold out of nearly everything. They had burnt ends on the menu but said they didn't have that either.
The food was prepared quickly, tasted good, and was ready when promised.
