Are you serious? Has no one ever replied to your response? Your response is at minimum is disingenuous, or more realistically an out right lie. Hickory wood stacked high? Are you serious? Nothing is stacked, I don't consider a few wood scraps laying next to a natural gas powered "smoker" to be Hickory "stacked high". Ask for Chris...for proper smoke level? Checked 3-4 times a day?
