For a chain it is very good. Great staff.
Great food! I was skeptical of a chain BBQ place but was very happy with the flavor and quality of the food. I very much enjoyed their sauces, especially the original. I like the layout of the restaurant, my only issue was that they are clearly not staffed to handle a lunch rush. It took quite a while to get to the front of the line to pay, but then later on I wanted to buy a bottle of their sauce to take home, but the line was seven deep and I didn't feel like waiting in line again. Really tasty food!! We got the Motherload tasting platter. Turkey=fantastic, sausages=delicious, brisket=delectable, pulled pork=succulent, ribs=very good, chicken=also great. All the sides we had were good. So much food. Easily could feed 5 or 6 people. We didn't dine in so I can't speak to the actual restaurant. The food was on time though.
