We’ve ordered pick several times here before and everything was great. I decided for my birthday dinner that I wanted city bbq since I knew it would be good. Unfortunately it wasn’t as good as it usually is! I ordered a more cowbell with brisket. Which ended up being an inch thick slice of brisket cut in half and was very dry and on the tougher side, not how it usually is. I actually ended up deconstructing it to be able to eat it.
