I never have a bad meal here!! Ordered in-store pickup and was greeted warmly; with food at the ready!!! Triple cue makes for easy dinner nachos and I absolutely love their turkey!! Run, don’t walk to City BBQ!
The Manager MARK WAS THE GOAT. I had the brisket sandwich with mac n cheese. Simply phenomenal. Great service great attitude. 5 star banana pudding made with real bananas. Great spot to eat
I had attempted to use a coupon code on an order one evening and since it was so late in the day they were out one of the meats that we wanted to order. I decided to skip ordering that night and waited until the next day. When i went to try to pull up the reward it was no longer in my profile on the app. I went in to the portage location and spoke with the manager and he was able to apply that reward manually after i told him the situation.
