We were referred here via Monash IVF. Our experience of this clinic was calling the receptionist on 25/03/21 @Midday to ask some questions as we're having difficulties conceiving (obviously). Everything we asked was an inconvenience for her (where are you located, pricing etc), she even audibly sighed when we asked "when is your next available appointment".
