Total incompetence. If you are trying to get pregnant, stay far away from this place. We were referred to this clinic by Dr Weston. Conveniently, it is located just one floor above his practice. In reality, the clinic seems to consist of one nurse running everything. People come to places like this when they are already desperate and looking for help after nothing else has worked. We were referred here via Monash IVF. Our experience of this clinic was calling the receptionist on 25/03/21 @Midday to ask some questions as we're having difficulties conceiving (obviously). Everything we asked was an inconvenience for her (where are you located, pricing etc), she even audibly sighed when we asked "when is your next available appointment".
