Took my car in for a service and wheel bearing change, came out far worse than when I took it in. Coopers auto took customers from this mechanic after closure and assessed the wheel bearing as a non issue despite having the same grinding present from the original diagnosis when I was encouraged to have it replaced. Explained that surfki track was loose which it definitely wasn't unless it loosened itself while parking. Cant speak for coopers auto but regret taking my car to City Automotive. My vehicle went in for a modplate variation. From the beginning, the service was excellent. From a pre visit to check the requirements to the after service, I was impressed with the friendliness, efficiency and professionalism. They even handed me a portfolio explaining exactly what was covered in the modplate inspection, complete with photos. Such a good keep sake should I ever need to produce down the track. I highly recommended this company.
